Key Properties of Polyurethane (PU)

 

• Super wear-resistant: 5-10 times that of ordinary rubber

• Acid and alkali resistant: Stable in weak acids and alkalis, sewage, and slurry environments

• High elasticity and tear resistance: Good sealing and not prone to cracking

• Hardness: Shore 85-95A, balancing wear resistance and sealing

• Temperature: Generally ≤ 90-120℃

 

Product Advantages

 

1. Superior Wear and Erosion Resistance: The entire flow channel is lined with PU, preventing direct contact between the medium and the metal valve body, resulting in an extremely long service life.

2. Anti-Stuck and Self-Cleaning: The gate valve has a scraper to remove material during opening and closing; the valve seat has a self-flushing function to prevent sedimentation.

3. Full Bore, Low Flow Resistance: When fully open, the gate valve retracts completely into the valve cavity, preventing flow obstruction and material accumulation.

4. Reliable Sealing, Bidirectional Sealing: Zero leakage in the forward direction, and can withstand 50% pressure in the reverse direction.

5. Easy Maintenance: The polyurethane bushing and gate valve can be replaced individually, resulting in low cost.
